Aladdin Israel is involved in a number of organizations focused on giving back to the community. In cooperation with IBM Israel, The Technion Institute of Management, The Interdisciplinary Center Herzlyia and the Israeli Defense Forces Intelligence Unit Alumni Association, Aladdin Israel founded CodeGuru. An annual contest encouraging excellence in the study of computer sciences, CodeGuru is open to students in grades 9-12. The field of contestants is eventually narrowed to 150 finalists, who take an on-site exam to determine the final outcome. First, second and third prizes are a laptop, PC and printer, respectively.

Aladdin management is also involved in The MIT Enterprise Forum of Israel. The forum, associated with the MIT Alumni Association, encompasses 24 chapters throughout North America, with the Israeli branch being the first started outside the States.

The Israeli branch of the forum provides advice, support and educational services to technology companies of all sizes. The forum is a not-for-profit organization directed by a volunteer board. Aladdin CEO Yanki Margalit is an active member of the organization's management committee, participating in conferences dedicated to start-up entrepreneurship and speaking to business students at Israeli educational institutions. Aladdin Israel has also made financial contributions to the organization.

In addition, Israel Aladdin employees have made significant contributions to Latet. An Israeli organization for humanitarian aid, Latet helps the needy on both national and international fronts. On the international front, Latet has provided assistance in cases of natural disasters such as drought in Uganda, and earthquakes in Turkey, and in cases of war in countries such as Zaire and in the Balkans. On the national front, Aladdin Israel employees regularly collect dried and canned goods, to be distributed to families throughout the country. Aladdin Israel has participated in numerous food drives, as well as sponsored various forms of public information campaigns in the effort to boost food collection.

Aladdin Israel also supports the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel. The centers work on both the individual and the regional levels – providing essential, crisis-oriented assistance to victims of sexual assault and those close to them. Aladdin supports the Association by providing financial assistance, as well as scholarships for academic research into the field of rape crisis assistance.

Aladdin US supports Idealist.org, a web offshoot of Action Without Borders. Through the web, Idealist has built an online community of nonprofits and community organizations around the world. The web site allows organizations to connect with volunteers, potential employees, and other organizations with similar interests.

Aladdin Benelux supports the Make a Wish Foundation Netherlands (Doe-Een-Wens-Stichting Nederland). Together with Aladdin Israel, and the Israeli national airline, EL AL, Aladdin Benelux has sponsored the trips of several young boys and their direct family members to Eilat, Israel, where they swam with the dolphins. One boy suffered from leukemia, another, bone cancer. A third boy who was terminally ill passed away two weeks after his Eilat vacation.

Aladdin Benelux employees, as well as Aladdin itself, regularly donate money to the Make a Wish Foundation Netherlands. During the Christmas season, instead of holiday greetings, Aladdin Benelux sends a letter to its suppliers, customers and prospects, requesting they consider donations to the Make a Wish Foundation.

Aladdin Germany makes financial donations to selected organizations every Christmas season.
